Student Coordinators help lead other students and community members to LEARN,SERVE and LEAD through participation in program such as Academic Mentoring, the Good Neighbors Program and the Volunteer Center.
Student Coordinators
LEARN to focus individual strengths in guiding others in service and volunteer activities, to understand the assets and needs of the Greater Manhattan community and how to mobilize campus and community resources to address community issues
SERVE as leaders to promote of civic learning and leadership
LEAD others in service and volunteer activities focused on community impact areas such as poverty alleviation, community development and mobilizing families and youth through education and advocacy.
Student Coordinators are hired to serve within an academic year or more. Currently only K-State students are able to apply for employment positions but community members are encouraged to support our mission through meaningful service in a variety of ways to include becoming a HandsOn Leader.
