The Kansas State University Upward Bound (UB) Program is one of more than 700 such programs across the nation. It is a federally funded, educational enhancment program for economically and educationally disadvantaged high school students. The program is designed to provide students with academic and personal support to assist them in preparing for college, business, or vocational-technical schools upon graduation from high school.
