UPC has nine committees, each with two co-chairs (except After Hours who has three co-chairs), and three executive members.

After Hours: Organizes substance-free entertainment and activities every Friday night.

Arts: Coordinates the William T. Kemper Art Gallery exhibits, dinner theaters, the annual Student Photography Contest, and other art-related programs.

Community: Plans large, annual programs, including Union Expo & Activities Carnival, Children's Carnival, Wildcat Winter Expo, and Willie's Extreme Egg Hunt.

Entertainment: Hosts famous comedians, provides Family Day and Open House activities, and sponsors the annual Spring Fest.

Films: Selects blockbuster and classic films for the weekly series. Also sponsors the yearly Rocky Horror Picture Show and the Little Apple® Film Festival.

Forums: Presents educational and informational programs that focus on campus concerns through speakers, panels, and discussions. Plans Constitution Day activities and College Bowl Tournament.

Multicultural: Exposes the campus to diversity through entertainment, lectures, films, and discussions. Also coordinates the monthly Festival of Nations.

Music: Programs live music, from major concerts to coffee house performances. Also plans the OPUS Band Competition and K-State Idol.

Summer: Coordinates programs during the summer, such as the Little Apple® Jazz Festival.
