Union Program Council (UPC) provides entertainment to the K-State community and an opportunity for students to gain leadership skills. UPC students determine the films you see on weekends, select the comedians that make you laugh, choose the art exhibited in the William T. Kemper Art Gallery, decide which controversial issues speakers address, expose you to different cultures with our multicultural programming, and organize our substance-free After Hours every Friday night during the semester.
