build a new page
Choose your template
Click the New Page button
The New Page button is found in the upper left.
The New Page dialog box will open. Select the appropriate template; for most pages, you will choose "secondary page."
Enter a title for the new page in the lower right (the title will display as a header in a search engine). Remove the carats (< >) when you give your page a title.
Click OK.
Consider using the same color template for all the pages under each topic in your navigation bar. This will give users visual cues about your site's organization.
