create an html signature in Zimbra
Steps for Zimbra
- Log in to your e-mail account.
- Click on the options tab.
- Click on the Signature sub tab.
- Click “Add Signature.”
- Name your signature.
- Make sure 'Format As HTML' is selected from the dropdown menu on the top right of the edit box.
- Place your formatted text in the box. No html is required.
- Make sure the type size is at 2 (10 pt).
- Place your cursor on the line after your web address. Click on the place image button in the tool bar.
- When the field box asking for the URL of your image pops up, place one of the links from the “Links you will need” section.
- Click 'Done.'
- In the top left under the mail tag click 'Save.'
- Go to the Mail tab and make sure the radio button that says 'Display mail As HTML' is selected.
- Click 'Save.'
- Click 'Accounts' tab.
- Make sure your K-State account is selected.
- Near the bottom of the page it will have Primary Account Settings showing for that account.
- Make sure that the Signature dropdown box has the name of the sig you just created.
- Click 'Save.'
Your e-mails should now include your signature.
