A standard mailing label format has been developed with the assistance of Central Mailing Services so that outgoing mail can be handled and labeled for more efficient processing both on campus and by the U.S. Post Office. For speed in handling, each unit's meter code will appear as a barcode. Printing Services has software available to place the barcode on the label. |
Mailing labels can be adapted for off-campus use and for special size requirements. Contact University Publications if you wish to request an adaptation or exception.
