Principle 3 SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE USEUnderstanding how to use the design is easy, regardless of the user's experience, knowledge, language skills, or concentration level. These products are NO more complicated than necessary, and put NO users at a DISadvantage. They are about what you would expect (or can figure out), and usable whether OR NOT you speak or read the language used in the directions. The products also give clues to help users know they’re on the right track during and after completing the task. For example:

older folks.
