Freshmen Deltas in the dorms.

"This year I've been enrolled in Human Body this semester and have been really stressed about the class. A lot of my other sisters are also enrolled in it too and feel the same way. Having them here to help support me through the class gives me that little extra I need. Althoguh I can't wait for the class to be over, I don't know what I would do without these girls"

"I'll never forget the night that our house Mom hid hundreds of eggs throughout the house for Easter. She hid them at 2:00 in the morning, thinking we would all find them when we woke up. However, word spread fast that Mom was hiding them at 2:00. Girls were so excited about getting candy and possibly finding the egg with the manicure/pedicure in it, many of the eggs had been found by 3:00 that morning! Mom hid so mangy eggs, that girls were finding them in weird spots weeks later!"

"My grandma passed away last year, and I was having a really hard time. During this rough week, my Tri Delta sisters were there for me to talk to, and girls sent me flowers and a card expressing their sympathy. It's nice to know your sisters really care about you."

"I applied for the K-State Student Ambassador position, and made it to the top three candidates. My sisters supported me all the way, by voting and encouraging their friends to vote. When the Student Ambassasdor position was announced at halftime of a football game, and I was voted to be the ambassador, I heard a huge roar from a section in the crowd; it was my Tri Delta sisters cheering for me. I'll never forget that moment!"

"One of my favorite memories in Tri Delta was from this year, the night we had our first snow. I live in the 8-girl room, and there was only three of us in town that night. So, we decided to go outside and play in the snow! We made snow angels, had a snowball fight, sat in the flowerpots out front, gave eachother piggy-back rides in the snow, and had so much fun! I'm so glad we have the pictures to prove it!"

"I remember I was really anxious to find out who my mom in the house was going to be. The junior and senior pledge classes held a meeting with al of us new members and talked to us about how much the house means to them. Then, all of a sudden, the sophomore pledge class ran in with gifts for their Dots, and it was chaos trying to figure out who was whose Mom/Dot! It was so much fun though, and I love my mom!"

Delta Love!

"Last year during Derby Days, a fraternity philanthropy, a lot of us girls participated in the volleyball tournament. It was a long night of tournaments, we played for six hours straight! We ended up winning the competition, but the best part about it was having over 100 sisters there cheering us on the entire time."

"Before living in Tri Delta, I was really nervous about living with someone different after living with the same roommate for a year in the dorms. The first semester I moved in, I lived with my Mom and she made me feel at home and helped me get settled in. From day one, we had a blast living together, and she's now one of my best friends!"

"I'll never forget roadtripping down to Padre over Spring Break with my freshman pledge class sisters. We learned so many random things about eachother in the 16 hour car ride, singing at the top of our lungs to the Spice Girls!"
