Kinesiology fitness program offering water aerobics classes
The Lifestyle Improvement through Fitness Enhancement, or L.I.F.E., program is offering a five-week class on water aerobics in the Natatorium from Sept. 16 to Oct. 18.
Session times and days are:
- 7:30-8:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- 5-6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
- $40 for three sessions per week, for a total of 15 sessions
- $25 for two sessions per week, for a total of 10 sessions
