The hospitality management and dietetics department is offering a small group lunch and learn class focused on Cooking for Families. Beverage and cookies provided. All classes are from noon to 1 p.m. Select one of the following dates to attend:

  • Tuesday, April 30, in 167 Justin Hall
  • Monday, May 6, in 167 Justin Hall

Classes are offered for parents, ages 20 to 40, who prepare at least four meals a week at home and have a child 13 years of age or younger living in their home. For those who participate in a class, we are also recruiting parents to help test two child friendly recipes.  Parents able to attend both activities will receive a $50 gift card for participation.
