Theater Delta performing today in Little Theater

Submitted by Lacey Solheid

The Graduate Student Council, Graduate School, Union Program Council and Student Governing Association remind students that Theater Delta will present two performances for the K-State community today. Theater Delta is an interactive performance group that focuses on social justice issues.

At 5 p.m. today, Theater Delta will present a performance on research ethics, and then will do a performance on depression and suicide ideation at 7:30 p.m. Both are in the Little Theater of the K-State Student Union.

The research ethics performance will touch on issues such as plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, data fabrication and dealing with stress. The second performance will discuss definitions and symptom recognition, clinical depression versus sadness, how to help a friend in need and how to help yourself. These performances are free and open to all students, faculty and staff.
