Get involved on campus with Up 'til Dawn
K-State’s student-led philanthropy, Up ‘til Dawn, is now accepting applications for its 2013-2014 executive board.
Up ‘til Dawn is committed to raising funds and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Cancer Research Center by coordinating several events throughout the academic year, including a letter-writing party in the fall asking for donations for St. Jude and a benefit concert in the spring.
Over the last 10 years, 370 campuses have participated in the Up ‘til Dawn program raising more than $24 million for St. Jude. These donations are crucial to continuing the mission of St. Jude because it never require families to pay for treatment and its daily operating costs reach $1.8 million.
Applications are due Friday, March 29, to the Greek affairs offices in the Room 214 at the K-State Student Union.
