Johnson County prosecutor to discuss Kansas Open Meetings Law with K-State students

The Kansas Open Meetings Law is being strictly enforced. Johnson County district attorney Stephen Howe discusses the law and its enforcement with students, faculty and staff at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, in 004 Kedzie Hall.

Howe, with 18 years of experience as a prosecutor, has participated in more than 90 jury trials. Elected to his current position in 2008, Howe holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washburn University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Washburn Law School.
