Economics professor and grad student publish paper in transportation research journal
Michael W. Babcock, professor of economics, and Abhinav Alakshendra, doctoral candidate in economics, co-authored the paper "Methodology to Measure the Benefits and Costs of Rural Road Closure: A Kansas Case Study" in the Journal of the Transportation Research Forum in the spring 2012 issue, Vol. 51, No. 1.
