Winner announced for Xi Man Challenge

The Alpha Xi Delta chapter at Kansas State University has announced the winner of the annual Xi Man Challenge, April 5, at Weber Hall.

Xi Man Challenge is a competition of participating fraternities on campus articulating their talents within a talent show. Paul Meissbach of Delta Sigma Phi was named Xi Man of 2012 . Meissbach, dressed as “The Situation” from the television series, "Jersey Shore," performed “No One” by Alicia Keys while playing the piano. Zaldy Doyungan of Pi Kappa Alpha was named Mr. Congeniality for his performance in Xi Man’s talent show.

Other Xi Man contestants were:  Alpha Gamma Rho – Colby Brownrigg; Delta Chi – Evan McCican; Delta Upsilon – Chris Brown; FarmHouse – Bryan Taylor; Phi Gamma Delta – Ian Goding; Kappa Sigma – Blake Latchman; Theta Xi – Gabe Noll; Tau Kappa Epsilon - Michael Jorge Lostal; Sigma Phi Epsilon – Eric Vargas; Sigma Chi – Drew Maiden; Phi Delta Theta – Kasey Callahan; and Sigma Alpha Epsilon – Josh Pfefier.

The event raised approximately $3,750 for the sorority’s philanthropy, Autism Speaks.
