Kaus contributes to report by Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organizations

Submitted by Jodi Kaus

Jodi Kaus, director of K-State's Powercat Financial peer-to-peer financial education center, contributed to a report released by the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organizations.

The report, "The Financial Transition from Student to Employee: Implications for Higher Education and Employers," summarizes the importance of sound student financial decisions and behaviors while in school and as students transition to alumni and career.

The paper also describes 13 key financial behaviors that can be cultivated irrespective of financial independence or financial standing. Higher education institutions and employers alike can use this framework to establish or enhance financial wellness programming.
