Campus forums set to meet with candidates for assistant vice president for communications and marketing

Students are invited to meet the final three candidates who are interviewing for the assistant vice president for communications and marketing position within the Division of Communications and Marketing.

This position is a replacement for Cheryl May, who has transitioned to a part-time appointment after 33 years at Kansas State University.

The first forum is Wednesday, with the schedule as follows:

  • 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 15, in room 212 of the K-State Student Union: Greg Koller, manager of news and media relations at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Wash.
  • 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 17, in room 212 of the K-State Student Union: Steve Logback, assistant vice president and director of communications at the K-State Alumni Association.
  • 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 21, in room 212 of the K-State Student Union: Scott McCrea, executive director of marketing and communications for the University of Alaska at Fairbanks.

In addition to meeting with the campus community during the forum, each candidate will also give a 15-20 minute presentation.
