The Adolescents and Adults with Autism Support Group's next meeting is from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, in Room 30 of the First Lutheran Church, 930 Poyntz Ave. This meeting's topic will focus on sensory issues that individuals with ASD may experience and strategies to alleviate or manage those issues. Our guest speaker will be Pat Embers, an Occupational Therapist in the Manhattan area.

The support group is for adolescents ages 16 and older and adults with autism and Asperger's and their families. Meetings are the second Tuesday of the month. Light refreshments are provided. The support group is organized by members of the Manhattan community along with the Student Access Center and the communication sciences and disorders program at K-State.
