Mind and meditation session tonight, Feb. 26

Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed at times? Would you like to have a calm mind and clear thoughts? If yes, this session is for you.

The Art of Living Club at K-State is hosting a Mind and Meditation session from 6:30-7:30 p.m. today, Feb. 26, in the Cottonwood Room of the K-State Student Union.

The session will have a few rounds of sun salutations, gentle yoga and some meditation time. 

The session is free and open to everyone, no prerequisites needed. 

Bring a friend and a smile along.
