Zoom video conferencing has a scheduling privilege feature that is very helpful when you want others to schedule a meeting for you or want to schedule a meeting on behalf of others.

Scheduling a recurring meeting in Zoom can be done in just a few easy steps.

  1. Schedule a meeting using other calendars. Click recurring meeting.
  2. Paste the scheduled content into the text box of a new appointment in Outlook.
  3. Set your meeting parameters.
  4. Invite attendees to your meeting.
