Union recognizes several employees
The K-State Student Union honored several employees at the Union’s annual holiday party for employees and their families on Dec. 8.
Award presentations were made to Latanya Skillern for five years of service, Neal Thompson and Jeff White for 10 years of service, Craig Johnson for 15 years of service, Tiny Thornhill for 20 years of service, Bob Sultzer and Rhonda McCabe for 30 years of service, and Georgia Perez and Mike Johnston for 35 years of service.
Employee Achievement Awards winners were also recognized for their contributions in promoting the K-State Student Union as a premiere college union. Each semester, award winners are nominated by fellow Union employees across all departments. One student and one full-time employee are selected and awarded a $500 Union gift card. Michelle Allison, Union student employee, and John Frese, Union full-time employee, were both recognized as this semester’s Employee Achievement Awards winners.
