Annual performance review for classified employees due by Dec. 23
The Kansas Performance Management Process requires that all classified employees receive an annual review between Oct. 1 and Dec. 23 of each year. It is now time for supervisors to begin to prepare the annual review form, gather supporting documentation, assign an overall rating and schedule a meeting with the employee(s) being reviewed. All classified employees, except for those currently on probation, must have an annual review submitted to the Division of Human Resources no later than Dec. 23.
