Faculty performs, provides compositions for the International Double Reed Society
Susan Gustavson Maxwell, instructor of bassoon; Steven Maxwell, assistant professor of tuba; and Karen Large, assistant professor of flute, performed a recital at the International Double Reed Society on June 26 at the University of Redlands, Calif.
The performance featured three world premieres with two compositions by K-State faculty Paul Hunt, professor of trombone, and Joshua Britt, instructor of music.
