35th annual Flint Hills Archaeological Conference has K-State touch

Submitted by Karen Rundquist

Lauren W. Ritterbush, with the assistance of Brad Logan and Donna C. Roper, hosted the 35th annual Flint Hills Archaeological Conference, March 22-23, at K-State with an evening reception at the Flint Hills Discovery Center.

Partial funding for the conference was provided through an Historic Preservation Fund grant from the National Park Service, Department of Interior, through the Kansas Historical Society and with support of K-State's department of sociology, anthropology and social work and the Association of Professional Archaeologists of Kansas, or PAK.
