Powell speaks about marketing shellfish safety

Douglas Powell, a professor of food safety in diagnostic medicine and pathobiology, delivered an invited keynote address to open the ninth International Conference on Molluscan Shellfish Safety in Sydney on March 18. Powell spoke about "Engaging Consumers and Retailers: Evidence-based Marketing of Food and Environment Safety" with 200 delegates from 30 countries.
