Clinical sciences professor presents for Kansas City Area Chefs, to present at Washburn Law
Dan Thomson, associate professor of clinical sciences, recently gave one presentation and will gave another Monday.
On Nov. 9 he spoke at the Culinary Center of Kansas City to the Kansas City Area Chefs. The title was "Becoming neighbors again: The truth about beef production."
On Monday, Nov. 21, he will speak at Washburn School of Law. The title of his presentation will be "Animal rights and animal welfare: Politics, science and media."
