Committee members announced for CEO and vice provost for K-State Olathe national search

April Mason, provost and senior vice president, announced the membership of the search committee to lead the national search for the university’s next CEO and vice provost for K-State Olathe. The chair of this committee is Ali Malekzadeh, dean of the College of Business Administration. The university has engaged EFL Associates, a recruitment firm based in Leawood, to support the search process. The search will be conducted this spring with the goal of having the position filled by the start of the next academic year.

“As the leader of K-State’s newest campus in Olathe, Kan., the new CEO and vice provost will work within the university and with industry, government and academic partners to implement the strategic vision for K-State Olathe,” Mason said. “The position will play an important role in the future of Kansas State University and achieving our goal to be a Top 50 public research university by 2025.”
