Removal of 'Hold for Grades' transcript ordering option

Submitted by Office of the Registrar

Effective with the beginning of the spring 2013 term, "hold for grades" has been removed from the transcript ordering options.

Students now will place their transcript order once they have confirmed their grades in iSIS, to prevent nonreported or misreported grades from being distributed on official transcripts, allowing for greater student control.

Following the last day of finals, students still have 14 days to order transcripts at no charge through the online transcript ordering system. The “hold for degree” option for graduating students is still available. Information about transcripts can be found on the office of the registrar's website at http://www.k-state.edu/transcripts.
