Moms, have a new baby? Don't have time to exercise?
Life with a new baby can be so busy that it’s hard to make time for yourself. Engaging in physical activity during the postpartum period is great for your physical and mental health. We are studying the effectiveness of a free workshop designed to help you fit exercise into your life. You’ll get a pedometer, individualized tips for success and the opportunity to meet other moms with new babies.
