Office of affirmative action winter break paperwork submission deadlines
The office of affirmative action will be closed from Dec. 24, 2012 to Jan. 1, 2013. To ensure that our staff has adequate time to process search documents before the break we have set the following deadlines:
Appendix 8, 9 and 10: To get approval to advertise a search. Paperwork needs to be submitted to our office on or before Monday, Dec. 17. This will ensure that the position gets posted to the vacancy list before break.
Appendix 11 and 12: Approval to interview, make an offer and requests for contracts. Paperwork needs to be submitted to our office by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19.
Classified searches: Permission to interview or make an offer needs to be in our office by noon on Thursday Dec. 20.
