Submitted by Communications and Marketing

On Nov. 22 the Kansas State University Police Department received a report of a burglary in progress at Rathbone Hall.

Officers responded and arrested Zachariah Martin Behling, 22. The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available. It is unknown if this burglary is connected to the recent burglary at Seaton Hall on Nov. 18. Behling’s bond was set at $5,000 and he remains confined at the Riley County Jail.

Behling was arrested on charges of burglary, theft, criminal damage to property and aggravated escape from custody.
