Free exercise training program
Ben Skutnik, graduate student in kinesiology, is looking for men and women between the ages of 24 and 45 who are inactive during the day -- but looking to change -- to participate in a free science-based exercise training program for eight weeks.
Participants will be placed in one of two training groups, both scientifically shown to have positive benefits on cardiovascular fitness. All exercising will be on a bike, no running involved. And the best part is, it’s free! Contact Skutnik at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
