K-State CrossFit presents Ladies Bootcamp
Loseweight and gain strength, muscle and endurance with less time in the gym and better results. For women only, K-State CrossFit presents Ladies Bootcamp to help participants achieve physical fitness for life.
Are you interested in getting inbetter shape or improving your fitness but do not want to spend hours in the gym? Are you a little intimidated by fitness programs but would like one designed specifically for women of allages? If so, then Ladies Boot Camp is for you.
This program meets from 1-2 p.m. four days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The class is $120 a month in 4 Ahearn Field House. There will be a class offered on Wednesday for any days missed throughout the week or to provide additional services such as nutritional counseling. The next session starts on Monday, Aug. 27.
We use safe, effective and functional everyday movements performed at a relative higher intensity. You will be challenged daily but the format is non-competitive and focused on results. Best of all, you will enjoy doing it.
No prior fitness experience is required. All workouts will be individually scaled to your fitness level by Shely Weinrich, MPH, a CrossFit certified instructor. All workouts will be conducted in small groups and are constantly varied in format and exercises involved. Each training day will include a strength focus followed with a shortworkout.
