Kinesiology department offering Athletic performance testing

Submitted by Travis Haug

The kinesiology department, L.I.F.E. Program, and the Functional Intensity Training Lab are offering athletes in eighth grade and up the opportunity to participate in scientific fitness testing on Saturday, April 7.

Athletes will be able to compare their results to other population norms and track their own progress should they want to retest at later dates. This will help athletes better understand their strengths and areas to improve. View the PDF flier for details on the first testing day.

Space on the April 7 testing day is limited to 30 athletes and as a special introductory offer the first 10 registrants will receive free testing.

Please email Christian Larson at crlarson@k-state.edu for more details and/or to have your athlete placed on the roster.
