LIFE Program offering new evening Functional Fitness and Mobility class

The LIFE Program is opening a new time slot for its Functional Fitness and Mobility class from 5:30-6:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Feb. 6, in Room 7 of the Gymnasium. Class size is will be limited based on the amount of space available. The class will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

The LIFE Program's Functional Fitness and Mobility class is a low-intensity training class for older adults in the Manhattan community who are looking to learn and master techniques in strength, balance, coordination and mobility — all of which are designed to greatly increase quality of life. All fitness levels welcome.
