New opportunities to be active
If your New Year's resolution involves getting into an exercise routine but you'd like a little help staying motivated, consider participating in the Daily Activity Motivation Study.
Beginning Jan. 8, participants will receive a short weekly module with some tips and other information about living an active lifestyle. The study is for anyone ages 22-45, whether you are a young professional working full time or busy constantly chasing the kids around.
