Kansas State University Foundation makes change to procedure for depositing funds.

Submitted by Christy Scott

Effective June 1, the Kansas State University Foundation requires cash, check and credit card information to be remitted separately for deposit. We are now utilizing a process whereby checks are scanned directly to the bank for deposit and thus a traditional bank deposit is no longer necessary. Because of this change, we need cash deposits to be remitted to the foundation cashier in batches separate from checks.

The KSUF-1 Contribution Transmittal Form and KSUF-4 Non Contribution Deposit Form has been updated to facilitate this procedure change. These updated forms are available on our website at the following link: https://colleges.found.ksu.edu/docs/DocumentLibrary_External.htm

If you have any questions regarding these procedures, please contact Brenda Guenther, controller, at 785-532-7557 or brendag@found.ksu.edu.
