Maseberg-Tomlinson presents marketing and recruitment strategies for NAASS annual conference

Jo Maseberg-Tomlinson, academic program coordinator for summer, intersession and evening college for K-State Global Campus, presented at the North American Association of Summer Sessions annual conference Nov. 13 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on a panel about intersession.

Maseberg-Tomlinson presented "Winter Intersession Panel 'purpose, popularity, promotion...pitfalls and paranoia.'"

Maseberg-Tomlinson provided an audience of 34 information on faculty recruitment for intercession and marketing strategies to ensure students know about intercession opportunities.

The panel also included directors of summer and intercession programs from the University of Tampa, University of Florida, Bowling Green State University, Syracuse University, Old Dominion University and the University of Virginia. Conference attendees included 155 registrants from institutions across the U.S. and Europe.
