Movement Challenge updates
Week five of the Movement Challenge has started! The weekly challenge for week five is to involve your friends and family in your physical wellness journey. Social support is a key factor in maintaining an active lifestyle. The week five newsletter on the Movement Challenge website has tips on how to include your family and friends in physical activity and in your support circle.
Also, don't forget to document your activity through social media using the hashtag #purpleisprogress.
Week four participants should report last week's activity — Sept. 10-16 — through the week four eReport by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, to be counted toward the week four leaderboard.
