'Benefit' Your Team Session offered Oct. 3

"Benefit" Your Team, WTD176, will be offered from 10:15-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3 in Room 206 of the K-State Student Union.
A supervisor is often the first person an employee contacts when he or she needs time off or has an issue that the K-State benefits department can assist with. Therefore, it is vital that supervisors have a clear understanding of benefit programs to support their team and enable team members to be productive and fully supported in their roles.
As a result of this session, participants will:
- Become familiar with K-State's Policy and Procedures Manual in regards to leave programs.
- Identify benefits that may help to support your team and the appropriate situation those benefits can be applied.
This course is offered in conjunction with the Introduction to Supervision, WTD077, series. Seating is limited.
