K-State Meadow to be featured at on-campus colloquium

By Courtney Boman

The landscape architecture and regional & community planning department will host a colloquium featuring Katie Kingery-Page, associate professor of landscape architecture, at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at the College of Architecture, Planning & Design's temporary facility by the Manhattan airport, also called APDWest. The colloquium is free and open to the public.

Kingery-Page will present "Meadow : : Thinking" reviewing her involvement with the Meadow. The Meadow is a community-based, design-build green infrastructure project on the K-State Manhattan campus. Kingery-Page will share the impacts of the Meadow to date and future directions for research, scholarship and creative activities involving the Meadow.
