By Susan Cregg

Kansas State University will host the first Greater Kansas Area Security Workshop today. The workshop brings together researchers and practitioners in computer security-related fields across Kansas and the neighboring area. The goal of this workshop is to provide a regular forum for presenting research and education activities in all areas related to computer and communication security, as well as promoting interactions and collaborations among scholars and students and between academia and industry.

It will be a one-day workshop and includes a keynote speech, presentations and poster sessions. Detailed program information can be found online.

K-State faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend the talks.
