King presents at CUPA-HR Southern Regional Conference

Human Capital Services' leader Jennifer King, assistant director in compensation and organizational effectiveness, presented at the College and University Professional Association for Human Resource, CUPA-HR, Southern Regional Conference in South Carolina, April 3-6. The conference encourages participants to connect with other higher education human resources professionals and share best practices.
King was invited to share her knowledge and experience from the Human Capital Services' sponsored 2015 Kaizen event. The session was titled "What to Pack for a Kaizen, and Other Things We Learned from a Weeklong Kaizen." King explained what a Kaizen is, how the university used it to manage a major change and what lessons were learned along the way. She provided tools and insights to create and sustain lasting change to her peers.
