New Student Services selects 2016 summer orientation programs student staff
Encouraging new students to feel welcome and a part of the K-State family will be the job of 45 students selected for K-State's 2016-2017 orientation programs.
K-State's orientation programs include orientation and enrollment and Wildcat Warm-up. These individuals inform new students about resources, services, activities and facilities available at the university through large and small group sessions.
To prepare for summer orientation and enrollment sessions, the new orientation team participates in training sessions during the spring semester and early summer, fine-tuning their knowledge of services and resources on campus. They also develop interactive presentations for new students and learn leadership skills.
