Submit 2016 Student Employee of the Year Award

By Maya Tilmon

With warm appreciation for the more than 5,000 current K-State student employees, Career and Employment Services will present the second Student Employee of the Year award ceremony as part of National Student Employment Week, April 10-16.

Help us recognize and reward student employees who go above and beyond to make contributions to your unit and the K-State family. Honor your student's hard work and dedication by nominating him/her for this award. In order for your nominee to be considered, please submit the Campus Nomination Form by Monday, Feb. 15.

Nominators must be prepared to describe the student employee's:

  • Reliability
  • Quality of work
  • Initiative
  • Professionalism
  • Demonstration of the Wildcat Way principles — enthusiasm, family values, resourcefulness and perseverance

Preview the nomination form.

Finalists, their families and supervisors/nominators will be invited to participate in the 2016 Student Employee of the Year award ceremony and the winner will be nominated for State and Regional Student Employee of the Year recognition.

Read the 2016 Student Employee of the Year Award guidelines, nomination procedures and eligibility for more information.
