Research and the State graduate student poster session tomorrow

By Graduate Student Council

The Graduate Student Council invites all to attend the 2015 Research and the State graduate student poster session Tuesday, Oct. 27. Presentations and judging will be from 9-11 a.m. in the K and S Ballrooms in the K-State Student Union.

Approximately 50 K-State graduate students representing 20 academic disciplines will present their research or scholarly work to the K-State community and will discuss the implications their research has for important state-related issues. The forum is free and open to the public.

The top 10 presenters will be selected by K-State faculty judges to present their research posters at the Capitol Graduate Research Summit in Topeka on Feb. 2, 2016. The top presenters will be announced at an awards ceremony at 1 p.m. Oct. 27 in the Big 12 Room in the K-State Student Union.

Additional information and an electronic program booklet may be accessed on the Graduate Student Council Research Forums website.
