Recreational services personal trainers offering Women on Weights workshop
Attend the free Women on Weights workshop from 2:30-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept.10, in the small gym at the Recreation Complex.
Wildcat personal trainers will show the proper way for women to lift weights. Discover the health benefits of adding weight lifting to your workout routine. Learn safe lifting techniques and the variety of exercises for the major muscle groups.
Sign up for this free workshop in the administrative office at the Rec Complex by 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9. Participants must be recreation facility members.
