Week one of the Movement Challenge is complete

Submitted by Human Capital Services - Benefits

The K-State community has completed week one of the Movement Challenge. Please don't forget to report your activity in the Week One eReport. Your activity will be aligned with your department to determine the first week's standings in the departmental competition.

All employees who report activity for week one will be entered into a randomized drawing for a Pivotal Living activity wristband. The eReport must be completed by noon Sept. 22.

If you participated last week, hopefully you found some ways to be active. It's important to note that each individual has different needs, interests and ability levels. Being active can be individualized to what those needs, interests and abilities are for you and your family.

The HealthQuest program offers lifestyle coaching. If you are having difficulty finding ways to be active or meeting your health and wellness goals, lifestyle coaching may be for you. You also may receive 10 credits for participating. The American Heart Association also has a great website with tips on getting active.

If you didn't participate last week, it is not too late to join in on the fun! Contact your benefits team with questions.
