Applicant Tracking System kickoff conducted
University stakeholders joined members of Human Capital Services and caught the first glimpse of the new automated streamlined hiring and onboarding process presented by PageUp. These stakeholders consisted of kaizen participants and additional members of the university.
During the three-day workshop, the PageUp team collaborated with Human Capital Services and information technology staff to customize K-State's newly improved hiring process. This configuration will continue over the next couple of months to ensure ease of use for Human Capital Services liaisons, hiring managers, applicants and new hires.
The tentative plan is for user testing with university stakeholders to occur in November and training on the system to commence in December.The goal is for the applicant tracking system to go live early in 2016.
